Adoption Day

When you travel to the foster carer’s home to adopt your new pet please ensure you provide a suitable collar and identification tag (where applicable) that details your contact details. This is a legal requirement for some animals and we will not complete the transfer without this.

When adopting a dog it is recommended that adoptions take place during the morning wherever possible (especially if adopters are travelling some distance) because this allows time for the dog to be walked and drain any anxiety before beginning to settle down in a new environment.
